Welcome Home offers Home Sharing arrangements to eligible adults with Providers throughout the Capital Region. Our Home Share Providers are carefully screened and matched with individuals to promote harmonious living and foster growth.
Supports offered may include:
- Developing daily life skills (hygiene, budgeting, meal preparation)
- Building community connections
- Practicing independent decision-making
- Accessing public transportation
- Creating a sense of belonging
